PLANNING FEES

Our planning fees are a one-time payment per household per trip. We will book all elements of your travel as listed above.

White Glove Planning Fee.                              

 starts at $150 / Household 

This white-glove planning fee allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation for all-inclusive trips such as Mexico/Caribbean or cruises, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. We'll arrange your custom itinerary, organize your excursions and transfers in your destination, and make sure you have access to support before, during, and after your return.

 White-Glove Planning Fee - Hawaii and Europe 

 Starts at $350 / Household 

 

This white-glove planning fee allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation for more detailed itineraries in Hawaii and Europe, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. We'll arrange your custom itinerary, organize your excursions and transfers in your destination, and make sure you have access to support before, during, and after your return

Group Travel Planning 

 Fee to be determined on initial complimentary call

Before bringing together a group of your favorite friends, family, or clients we will work with the group organizer to curate the perfect itinerary. Each traveling household will then work with us individually to align their travel arrangements with the group plan, Deviations by Travelers outside of the group Itinerary may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Fee 

 $50 per traveller / $150 max per household

Need to cancel your trip? We will take care of all necessary details associated with canceling each element of your current booking. If you decide to cancel and rebook the same itinerary for different dates, we will waive this fee.

If you have never worked with a professional travel advisor before (or a great one), you'll find our process effective and efficient.

QUICK HELLO

If we haven't already had a quick 15 minute phone call, this is where we listen to your ideas and travel goals.

CONTRACT

Choose the planning package that suits you best, sign our simple contract and schedule your official planning meeting.

PLANNING MEETING

In this 60-90 minute meeting, we'll start the planning process. We will ask you a number of questions aimed at getting to know your travel preferences and style.

RESEARCH, PRESENTATION AND ADJUSTMENTS

We will present you with a full itinerary containing options for travel, activities and accommodation. Request any small adjustments before we lock in your trip itinerary.

WHILE YOU ARE AWAY

We will only ever be an email, text or call away if you need us. In the event that you need to activate your emergency support plan we will be on standby and ready to help.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

The only feeling better than getting home is having your next trip in the pipeline. We'll get you scheduled for that next trip right away whether you want to take it in a month or a year.
